Session 1:

SET YOUR GOALS

Together, we will have the training, running goals and objectives set properly for you in a 45 minutes session. We will walk through the process to break down barriers into attainable goals to be able to set a foundation that will propel you to a successful athletics journey!

Session 2:

LISTEN TO YOUR STEPS

In this section, you will learn and practice listening to the stamping of your feet, Master the frequency of your strides, and summon that inner power required for high-level training and competition. Like any other technique, one has to master this listening process in a structured manner over ten weeks with a review before and after the sessions. Click Here to Signup
